Hello Brothers! My name is Taylor Gagliardi, and I am a PharmD Class of 2027 at Washington State University College of Pharmacy and Pharmaceutical Sciences. This past year, I served as the Regent of Beta Pi and the Secretary of the NWP. I have loved being able to connect with everyone in the province and grow as a leader through my local chapter. I am excited for the year to come! I grew up in Tacoma, WA and went to WSU Pullman for my Bachelors in Biology. In my free time you can find me reading, running, or spending time with my cats Milo and Eddie. I am passionate about mental health and hope to become a Board Certified Psychiatric Pharmacist in the near future. Every year my love for Kappa Psi has continued to grow. My goal this year is to increase engagement throughout the Northwest Province, and focus on fostering connections with our brothers. Austin Vo | Vice Satrap

My name is Austin Vo, and I am a second-year pharmacy student at the University of Washington. I grew up in the Tri-Cities, Washington—only known for the Hanford nuclear site. In my free time, I enjoy going to the gym, ripping Pokémon packs, playing pickleball, and hanging out at South Campus Center after class.
I completed my undergraduate studies at Washington State University, where I earned a Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry before moving across the state to UW. Although I do not have experience serving on the Beta Omicron KY board, I was heavily involved in fraternity leadership during my undergraduate years. I served as Head of Risk, Recruitment Chair, Alumni Relations Chair, and President of my undergraduate fraternity.
Through these roles, I developed experience in leadership, organization, and external fraternity collaboration. I hope to bring this experience to the Northwest Board and support chapters as they grow, strengthen their operations, and continue to thrive. Looking ahead, I plan to apply both my leadership experience and board involvement toward pursuing a career in pharmacy administration, where I hope to work with teams to improve pharmacy systems and patient care.

Izza Nina Ebalo

Hello Brothers, My name is Izza Nina Ebalo, and I am currently a third-year student at the University of Washington School of Pharmacy. I serve as Beta Omicron’s Secretary, and I’m excited and honored to also serve as the Northwest Province Secretary.
I’m originally from the beautiful island of Guam, where I loved free-diving, hiking, and beach BBQs with family and friends. Since moving to Seattle, I’ve found new ways to enjoy the same spirit of adventure such as trying new food spots with friends, going on hikes, and taking road trips with a good ocean/mountain view!
Professionally, my goal is to become a pharmacist specializing in oncology or organ transplant, though I’m always open to wherever the journey takes me. Above all, I hope to be a reliable and trustworthy pharmacist, someone who provides excellent patient care and earns the confidence of both patients and colleagues.
I’m truly excited to be part of this committee and to work alongside this team. My goal is simple: to help bring us together and increase engagement across chapters.

Katelyn Jancola

Hello Brothers! My name is Katelyn Jancola and I am currently a second-year pharmacy student at the University of Washington. I look forward to serving you as Historian for the 2026-2027 cycle.
I grew up in Sammamish, Washington and have lived in the Seattle area my whole life, besides a 3-month study abroad program in Rome, Italy. Outside of school, I enjoy any sort of outdoor activity from backpacking to wake surfing. I also spend a lot of time with my loved ones and enjoy traveling with them.
Kappa Psi is super important to me because the Brothers have become my pharmacy school family. We study together, cry together, and are always sure to celebrate together. As NWP Historian, I will highlight what makes each chapter in our province special, and why we choose to continue to be members of this Fraternity every day.

Michaela Miller

Hello Brothers! My name is Michaela Miller and I am a current 3rd year pharmacy student at Washington State University! Over this last year I have served as Vice Regent of Beta Pi and during my second year was the Philanthropy Chair. I have loved my roles in Kappa Psi and I am looking forward to adding Chaplain among that list! On campus, I am apart of WSU ambassadors as well as Vice President of Rho Chi Epsilon. I also attended WSU Pullman for my undergraduate education where I received a bachelors degree in biochemistry. So I definitely love being a Coug!
At home, I am a mom of my beautiful 1 year old daughter, Sadie, and I have a 3 year old ragdoll named Peanut. I have been married to my husband for 4 years and have been together since our sophomore year of high school. As a family, we love to be outside or cozy up at home with books and movies.
As I am getting close to my APPE year, my aspirations as a pharmacist include a future residency as well as becoming an infectious disease pharmacist. Kappa Psi has been such a blessing to my journey through pharmacy school and I hope I can share the passion that I have of this fraternity with all of you.

Hello everyone! I'm excited to serve on the EC this year as your webmaster.
I was initiated into Kappa Psi in Dec 2024 to the Epsilon Chi chapter and will be graduating from the University of Utah College of Pharmacy in 2027. I am looking forward to my APPE rotations this year and of special interest to me is Emergency Medicine, and I am planning on doing a residency after graduation.
I worked as an inpatient pharmacy technician for about 7 years before starting pharmacy school and pharmacy is a big passion of mine, I even met my wife Whitney while we were both working together as technicians. She currently works as a technician in the Investigational Drug Studies Pharmacy at Huntsman Cancer Institute. We have two kids (ages 5 and 2) and they are just the best!
Outside of school you can see me rock climbing, strumming my ukulele and singing, playing table tennis, Magic the Gathering or video games.

Aloha Everyone! My name is Jualin Sable Guting and I am the Immediate Past Satrap of NWP! I was born and raised on Oahu, Hawaii. I am currently in my last year at Pacific University Oregon School of Pharmacy. Outside of pharmacy school I love to spend time with family and friends, travel to new places, try new foods, binge watch shows, and read a book from time to time.
Looking at this past year as your Satrap had been such a great experience and I am excited to see what the NEW Executive Committee has in store for the Northwest Province this upcoming year. Kappa Psi has always been a place where I can always count on my Brothers to become my family or home away from home. This past year has brought me so many new connections and I am excited to grow within this Fraternity. Being a part of this Brotherhood has shown me the great things we can do together. As the Immediate Past Satrap I want to continue to support the Northwest Province in any way possible and continue to show you my passion and love for Kappa Psi.

Ronald 'Trey' Walsh

Hi everyone! My name is Trey Walsh from the University of Washington Beta Omicron. I currently serve as your GCC Delegate for the Northwest Province, where I hope to represent the views of all my provincial brothers at the grand council convention this summer in my hometown of Dallas!
Kappa Psi has been an integral part of my pharmacy journey, providing me with a good friends, leadership opportunities, and a sense of community. I'm not originally from the Northwest; I was born in Texas and moved around the state a bit before moving to Saudi Arabia with my family in middle school. From there I finished out high school in Connecticut and went to Tulane University in New Orleans where I earned my b.s. in neuroscience.
Suffice it to say, I've moved around a good bit and have had the pleasure to get to know people from around the U.S. and around the world. Outside of KY I spend my time gaming, grabbing overpriced boba with friends, and trying my best at bouldering. I hope to get to know as many chapters and brothers as I can so I can proudly represent them this summer!

Hi Brothers! My name is Linda Vu and I am currently a first year pharmacy student at the University of Washington. I was born and grew up in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam until I moved to Florida. I then moved to California where I lived in San Diego and attended to UC Berkeley for my undergraduate. I then lived in Los Angeles until I moved to Seattle where I now reside.
Kappa Psi has not only given me strong friendships, mentorships, but many invaluable connections. I aim to inspire new Brothers to join the chapter through my passion for the organization and I aspire to further foster the relationships between brothers of different chapters. I am excited to represents the NWP Board and give back to Kappa Psi what it has given me and more.

Hello NWP Brothers! It is my pleasure to serve as your Supervisor this term! I am a 2013 initiate of Chi Chapter (University of Illinois at Chicago) and a Past Satrap of Mid-America Province. Over the last two terms I have served as Assistant Supervisor and Supervisor for Great Lakes Province. My pharmacy background is in retail and (remote) mail order pharmacy - I currently work from home for CarelonRx as a verification RPh. In my spare time I enjoy cooking, baking, and burning those calories off at the gym! I'm also an avid gamer (video and board games). Hey y'all! My name is LaNae Calloway. I was born and raised in a small town in Middle Tennessee. I am a 2011 initiate of Epsilon Zeta and 2015 graduate at East Tennessee State University. I currently am a member of Kansas City and Orlando Graduate chapters. I currently reside in Kansas City, MO where I work as a Market Health and Wellness for Sam's Club and support 15 pharmacies in Missouri, Kansas, Nebraska, and Iowa. I entered pharmacy because of my desire to be a local community pharmacist where I can serve, treat, and could be a resource to my community. I am biased and believe that community pharmacists are the backbone and unsung heroes of our profession. Through this experience as a community pharmacist and through Kappa Psi, I also found a passion for leadership and mentorship, which lead me to my current professional role. Kappa Psi allows me to grow and develop in a safe environment. In addition to the experience I have from being part of multiple provinces, I hope my love and passion for Kappa Psi is highlighted during my time in the Northwest. I hope to show what you put in Kappa Psi truly is what you get out of it. Kappa Psi has connected me with some of the most special people in my life and they are why I continue to show up and be involved.
Position Descriptions & Responsibilities

The Satrap acts as a liaison between the IEC and the Northwest Province, Oversees the Executive Committee and the Province Committees, hosts Town Halls, and ensures that the Province runs smoothly

The Vice Satrap plans the Province Assemblies and acts as the main liaison between the host chapter and the NWP Executive Committee, and ensures that the planning process is completed in a timely manner. This role can challenge your event planning, time management, and communication skills.

The Secretary maintains accurate chapter rosters and Brother contact information, manages the Northwest Province ListServ Communications, records meeting minutes, and oversees the Northwest Province Chapter Secretaries.

The Treasurer is responsible for all aspects of financial management at the Province level. They work closely with the members of the Executive Committee, committee chairs, and individual chapters within the Province to safeguard the organization’s finances.

The Historian manages the Northwest Province social media accounts, creates graphics to be posted on Instagram/Facebook, works with various officers/committee co-chairs to relay information via social media, submits articles on behalf of the Province to The Mask, oversees Chapter Historians, and features Chapter/Province Involvement on social media.

The Chaplain advertises and plans monthly Northwest Province Philanthropy events, oversees the Province Chapter Chaplains and Pledge Educators, and assists the other Northwest Province Executive Board members as needed.

The Webmaster maintains the Province website and assists with registration for Province Assemblies.
